
‘Business Development Meeting-2025’ was held in Dhaka on Saturday with the participation of regional, branch managers and field officers of Karmasangsthan Bank’s Dhaka, Dhaka North, Gazipur and Narayanganj regions.
AFM Matiur Rahman, chairman and former secretary of the board of directors of Karmasangsthan Bank, inaugurated the meeting as chief guest.
Managing director Arun Kumar Chowdhury, deputy managing director Meher Sultana and general manager Md Shafiqul Islam Miah were present as special guests. Muhammad Masudur Rahman, DGM of Dhaka divisional office presided over the meeting.
In his speech at the meeting, the chief guest emphasised selecting the right entrepreneurs and distributing quality loans. In his speech, the managing director called for transforming Karmasangsthan Bank into a developed, customer-friendly institution in line with the world. He advised everyone to make up for the shortcomings in all indicators by utilizing working hours with innovative ideas and a positive mindset.
He also emphasised creating more employment opportunities through the distribution of loans to new entrepreneurs, said a press release.
