Pragati Insurance Limited held its 333rd board meeting at its head office in Dhaka on April 17, said a press release.
Chairman M Altaf Hussain presided over the meeting.
Among others, directors Khalilur Rahman, Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Syedur Raman, Mohammed Abdul Malek, Tajwar M Awal, independent directors Hasinatun Naher, Muhammed Jamaluddin, Mahbub Anam and chief executive officer Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur were present.
The board recommended 20 per cent cash and 7 per cent stock dividend for the company鈥檚 shareholders for the year 2024.
