Bangladesh Navy swimmer Juthi Akter set a new record in the women鈥檚 50m backstroke, clocking 00.32.74 seconds, breaking her own record of 00.32.75 that she set in 2021.聽
Romana Akter of the Bangladesh Army set a new record in women鈥檚 100m breaststroke, clocking 01.18.27 seconds to break the previous record of 01.19.00 seconds made by the Navy鈥檚 Mariam Akter in 2021.
Samiul Islam Rafi of the Navy made a new record in the men鈥檚 50m backstroke with 00.26.79 seconds to break his own record of 00.26.90 seconds that he made in 2023.聽
Kajol Mia of the Navy set up a new national mark in the men鈥檚 200m butterfly as he took 02.09.41 seconds to cross the distance and break his own record of 02.10.25 seconds that he made in 2023.聽
