Padma Oil Company Ltd held its 55th annual general meeting virtually presided over by the company chairman, AKM Zafar Ullah Khan, on Saturday.
The AGM approved audited financial statement for the FY 2023-2024 and 140 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders.聽聽聽
Padma Oil directors Anupam Barua, Md Zakir Hossain, Md Tarikul Islam Khan, Kutubuddin Akhter Rashid, and managing director Md Abdus Sobhan, CFO Kanchan Chandra Shom, company secretary Ali Absar, other high official and shareholders were present.
