Yousef SY Ramadan, Palestine ambassador to Bangladesh along with Ziad MH Hamad, deputy head of mission, embassy of the State of Palestine, Dhaka, meets with professor Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman, vice-chancellor (in-charge) of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology on Thursday.
This was a courtesy visit for the purpose of a discussion between the officials of Palestine and AUST, said a press release.
Palestine ambassador gave a brief about Gaza situation and he proposed AUST to accept Palestinian female students with scholarships.
Senior professors of AUST were present during the visit.
