Barrister Moin Ghani has been appointed as a member of International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce for the 2024-2027 tenure.

Members of the ICC Court are appointed by the ICC鈥檚 supreme governing body, the World Council, on the recommendation of ICC national committees, said a press release on Monday.


Ghani, who is a partner at Alliance Laws, has been appointed as Bangladesh鈥檚 nominee to the ICC Court.聽

The International Court of Arbitration is widely considered to be the world鈥檚 leading arbitral institution.

Since 1923, it has been helping to resolve international commercial and investment disputes.

Ghani is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and specialises in international arbitration. He assisted Bangladesh and many of its entities in several international cases. His expertise in international dispute resolution has been recognised by Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific Guide 2024.
