Left leaders on Saturday at a commemoration meeting in Dhaka said that the founder general secretary of Socialist Party of Bangladesh-Marxist Mubinul Haider Chowdhury wanted to establish a repression and exploitation free society.

SPB-Marxist organised the commemoration meeting at Bangladesh Shishu Kalyan Parishad auditorium to mark the third death anniversary of Mubinul Haider, who died in a hospital in the capital, suffering from old age complications.


Speakers said that Mubinul life-long worked for establishing rights of the common people and never deviated from his ideals.

Coordinator of the party Masud Rana, central leaders Shafiuddin Kabir, Joydeep Bhattachrya, Rashed Shahrier and others spoke at the commemoration meeting.
