The Bangladesh Public Service Commission has formed a three-member probe committee to investigate the allegation of question paper leaks in the job examinations organised by the commission.

PSC public relations officer SM Matiur Rahman confirmed the news on Tuesday and told ¶¶Òõ¾«Æ· that the committee was formed on Monday.


He said that PSC joint secretary Abdul Alim Khan had been made the convener of the inquiry committee.

The other two members of the committee were — PSC Examination Control Section (Non-cadre) director Dilawez Durdana and Unit-11 director Mohammad Azizul Haque, Matiur said.

‘All out action would be taken against everyone involved if the allegation of question paper leak is found valid,’ he added.

PSC in a notice on Monday said that if any person or persons are found to be involved in leaking question papers of the examination held on July 5, the commission was determined to take legal action against them.

At least 17 people, including six PSC officials, have been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department for their alleged involvement in leaking questions of cadre and non-cadre recruitment examinations.
