A proposal was submitted to the education ministry on Tuesday for resuming the Higher Secondary Certificate and equivalent examinations from September 11.
The exams, which were originally scheduled to be held between June 30 and August 21, are now to face further delays.

The proposal would be sent to the chief adviser of the interim government of Bangladesh Muhammad Yunus for final approval, he added.
Amid the recent student protests, the authorities had previously suspended the HSC and equivalent exams for all 11 boards from July 18 to August 10 in phases.
The exams then were rescheduled to be held between August 11 and September 18.
Later on August 7 the government again postponed the exams for unavoidable reasons.
Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar earlier informed 抖阴精品 that some question papers of the exams had been damaged which were kept at various police stations across the country during the protests.
During the protests, the government announced the indefinite closure of all primary, secondary, higher secondary and tertiary level educational institutions in phases which were reopened on August 6 after Sheikh Hasina resigned as prime minister and fled to India on August 5 amid mass uprising led by student protesters.
