People from all walks of life cordoned a house in the wee hours of Wednesday claiming that former home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal was in the building.
A facebook live went viral where Army personnel were seen providing security at the building gate.
Confirming the matter, Gendaria police station officer-in-charge Mustafizur Rahman said that he also heard about the incident at about 2:45pm.聽
