The 12th anniversary of the death of the American International University-Bangladesh founder chairman, Anwarul Abedin, will be observed today.
His family members and the AIUB community will organise a Qur鈥檃n khani and milad mahfil at the university campus, said a press release.聽
Anwarul Abedin, in his lifetime, made an exceptional contribution to the advancement of higher education in the country.
The foundation of the AIUB was built on the vision and dedication of Anwarul Abedin, whose legacy continues to guide the institution.
The AIUB community requests all students, faculty, staff, relatives, and well-wishers join in prayer for the eternal peace of his soul.
