Leaders of Anti-discrimination student movement on Sunday exchanged views with the families of the people who were killed and injured in the student-led mass uprising in Manikganj.
Sarjis Alam, Abdullah Salehin Nayon, Samia Masud Mumu, Mubashwiruzzaman Hasan Mridha and Sohrab Hossain Sifat were present in the meeting held at the local Shilpakala Academy.
Local coordinators of the student movement were also present.
Relatives of those who were killed in the uprising demanded due respect for the martyred and capital punishment of the persons who were responsible for the killings.
Sarjis Alam assured them of remaining beside them and giving all support their need.
