As part of the ongoing reshuffle in police administration, the inspector general of police on Sunday posted 12 deputy inspector generals to their new assignments at the police headquarters.
The ministry of home affairs in another circular on the same day transferred 22 superintendents of police to their new stations.
According to a circular, the present DIG Md Abdullah Al Mahmud of police headquarters has been given the charge of DIG audit and inspection while DIG Akram Hossain has been posted as DIG crime management.
DIG Abu Naser Mohammad Khaled has been given the charge of DIG administration while the previous DIG administration Md Aminul Islam was posted as DIG training.

According to another circular, the current SP Netrakona Md Foyez Ahmed was posted to the range DIG office Mymensingh while SP Barisal Md Wahidul Islam was attached with the office of the range DIG Rangpur.
