Members of the Armed Police Battalion arrested a Rohingya youth with one foreign pistol and five rounds of bullets at Ukhia in Cox鈥檚 Bazar on Tuesday.
The arrested, Sayed Alam, 37, is son of Kala Mia of Bhalukhali 8 west camp of the upazila.
The 14 APBn commander and additional deputy inspector general of police, Md Iqbal, said that they arrested one Rohingya youth, who was preparing to commit a crime in the camp with one foreign pistol and five rounds of bullets after raiding the camp.
A case filed against him with the Ukhia police station, said the police official.
