Manarat International University acting vice-chancellor Professor Mohammad Abdur Rob on Sunday paid a courtesy call on the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh chairman Professor SMA Faiz at his office at Agargaon in the capital on Sunday.聽
During the meeting, the MIU VC felicitated the newly appointed UGC chairman with flowers, while the UGC chairman thanked and congratulated the VC, said a press release.
Mohammad Abdur Rob discussed with the UGC chairman about the overall affairs of the university, and invited the UGC chairman to visit the MIU.
Professor SMA Faiz accepted the invitation and thanked him for the smooth running of the university鈥檚 activities and promised to be there for any need.
The dean of the MIU school of business and economics and the head of the business administration department Md Mahbub Alam and the registrar Md Moazzam Hossain were present at the meeting.
