The Chain Reaction team of the United International University has won the gold medal in the 5th Blockchain Olympiad Bangladesh 2024 recently.
Organised in partnership with the Bangladesh ICT Division, BASIS, Bangladesh Computer Council, IBCOL, Technohaven, FBCCI and Dhaka University Institute of Business Administration, the UIU鈥檚 Chain Reaction team earned the prestigious Professor Jamilur Reza Choudhury Championship Award.
The award giving ceremony of the competition was held through online platform.
The competition鈥檚 final round took place from September 3 to 4. Led by Abu Saleh, a graduate of the United International University, the team consisted of graduates Ahmed Shabab Noor, Samrin Silviya, Enan Israq and FZ Shaoni Shwastika.
Enan excels in public speaking, achieving awards in the Toastmasters International Speech contest, Shaoni excels in business model and idea generation for the team. They will represent Bangladesh at the International Blockchain Olympiad in Amsterdam, Netherlands in November 2024.
