Md Mofizur Rahman has been elected chairman of Provati Insurance Company Limited, said a press release.
He was elected chairman during the company鈥檚 137th board meeting held on Wednesday.
During the meeting, Maruf Sattar Ali was elected vice-chairman of the insurance company.
