Ambassador Nahida Rahman Shumona presented her credentials to the Greek president, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, at the Presidential Palace in Athens on September 27.
Nahida Rahman succeeded Ashud Ahmed as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Bangladesh to Greece, said a release.
Before this position, Nahida has served as Bangladesh鈥檚 high commissioner to Brunei and held various roles in the diplomatic missions in countries such as Brazil, Canada, India and Australia.
Nahida has a master鈥檚 degree in diplomacy and international trade from Monash University and degrees in the English literature from the University of Dhaka.
