Biman Bangladesh Airlines authority has installed monitors in the cargo export branch to facilitate access of information to the exporters and also launched a call centre for cargo issue.
The airlines has taken the initiative to ensure transparency and accountability in cargo transportation, said a press release on Wednesday.
The press release also said that information regarding the booking of products transported on various flights of the airlines was displayed on the monitor installed in the cargo export branch. 鈥楢s a result, the respected exporters and agents will be able to know about the information about the products booked and transported with the airlines and can speed up the business activities.鈥�
