Progressive Nationalist Party chairman Feroze Md Liton on Wednesday demanded the interim government for arresting Jatiya Party chairman GM Quader, general secretary Mujibul Haque Chunnu and senior co-chairman Anisul Islam Mahmud as they were cohorts of the fascist Sheikh Hasina government.
The PNP chairman also demanded the interim government for arresting the leaders of Awami League led 14-party alliance who were involved in misrule, mass killing, disappearance and corruption.
He said this while speaking at a rally at city鈥檚 Bijoy Nagar area in Purana Paltan this afternoon.
Later, the leaders and activists of PNP brought out a torch procession from Bijoy Nagar to Jatiya Press Club.
PNP chairman Feroze said the ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasian had established misrule in the country and JP leaders were its beneficiary. They smuggled country鈥檚 wealth abroad, he added.听听听听听听听
He demanded ousted Sheikh Hasina, JP leaders and their cohorts must be brought to book for their involvement in killing of people during the Anti-discrimination student movement.
