The Chattogram Port Authority has conducted mobile court to restore traffic order and speed up the operations inside the port, said a press release on Thursday.
The CPA conducted mobile court on Tuesday and Wednesday.
During the operation on Tuesday, 10 vehicles of an organisation were fined Tk 3 lakh for driving unregistered vehicles, while on Wednesday, seven vehicles of another organisation were fined Tk 70 thousand, and another trailer was fined Tk 3 thousand for driving the vehicle by a helper.聽 The press release said that although there were instructions to register trucks or trailers and other vehicles used inside the port, it was not being followed properly.
