Border Guard Bangladesh on Saturday in Brahmanbaria arrested joint secretary AKMG Kibria Majumdar while fleeing to India.聽
The BGB Saldanadi border outpost arrested him in Putia area of Kasba in the district while he was trying to go to India illegally.
Commanding officer of the BGB Sultanpur Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel AM Jaber Bin Jabbar, said that Kibria Majumdar claimed that he worked as joint secretary during the period of speaker Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury at the Jatiya Sangsad secretariat.
Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury has recently resigned following the fall of the Sheikh Hasina government on August 5. 聽聽
