A Dhaka court on Sunday imposed travel bans on Rongdhou group chairman Rafiqul Islam and Noman group chairman Nurul Islam, in response to allegations of corruption.

Dhaka Metropolitan senior special judge Ash Shams Mohammed Joglul Hossain issued the order following petitions of the Anti-Corruption Commission.


ACC public prosecutor Mahmud Hossain Jahangir confirmed the news to 抖阴精品.

According to the allegations, ACC assistant director Shahidur Rahman submitted a petition seeking travel ban on Noman group chairman Nurul Islam.

There are allegations that he amassed Illegal wealth worth Tk聽7000 crore by taking loans from different banks through forgery.

Meanwhile, ACC deputy director Nur E Alam submitted a petition before the court seeking travel ban on Rafiqul Islam.

He mentioned that there were allegations that Rafikul took Tk 270 crore loan from First Security Islami Bank through forgery.
