The 178th meeting of board of directors of Meghna Bank PLC was held recently in its head office, says a press release.
Tanveer Ahmed, vice-chairman, Meghna Bank PLC presided over the meeting.
Md Mahamudul Alam, chairman, risk management committee; Md Ahsan Ullah, chairman, audit committee; Kazi Ahsan Khalil, managing director & CEO of Meghna Bank; and directors of the board were also present at the meeting.
The ongoing business performances, activities and various credit proposals were approved at the meeting.
Before starting the regular activities of the board, a session was conducted on 鈥楢ML Awareness Program on Good Governance鈥� under the direction of BFIU鈥檚 additional director Md Abdul Aowal Choudhury (FCMA) and joint director Md Jaynul Abedeen.
