Pacers Khaled Ahmed claimed 5-45 while Rejaur Rahman grabbed 3-39 to dismiss Metro for only 107 runs in their second innings.
Resuming on a precarious 49-4 on Day 3, Metro could add just 58 runs to their overnight total.
Marshall Ayub was the lone batter to put up some resistance, scoring the team鈥檚 highest 34 runs, while Abu Haider Rony contributed 28 runs.
Earlier, Sylhet bowled out Metro for 130 in their first innings and made 376 after Amite Hasan鈥檚 impressive 101, taking a lead of 246 runs.
