Feroz Ahmed and Md Fazlur Rahman have been elected vice-chairmen of AB Bank PLC鈥檚 board of directors during the bank鈥檚 802nd board meeting held on December 10, said a press release.
Firoz Ahmed served as a director of AB Bank鈥檚 board. He is also chairman of Elite Paint Group and managing director of Elite International Limited, Hexagon Chemical Complex Limited and Ahmed Securities Services.
Fazlur Rahman joined AB Bank board as a director in October 9. Before joining this role, he served as chairman of AB Investment Limited and AB Securities Limited. He also served as president and managing director of AB Bank from April 2012 to January 2014.
