Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited held its 26th annual general meeting on Saturday on a digital platform.
BCBL chairman Md Ataur Rahman presided over the meeting.
BCBL managing director and chief executive officer (acting) Mohammad Ziaul Karim, directors Md Mohashin Miah, Kamrul Hoque Maruf, Md Golam Mortuza and Shaikh Ashafuzzaman, among others, were present in the meeting.
The audits of the bank for the year ending December 31, 2023, along with the directors鈥� and auditors鈥� reports and the status sheet for that date, were approved in the AGM. The meeting also approved the appointment of auditors and their pay for 2024.
