The 27th annual general meeting of country鈥檚 leading IT company Daffodil Computers Ltd was held on Sunday at Hybrid Platform.
Shahana Khan, chairperson of Daffodil Computers Ltd, presided over the annual general meeting and the managing director presented the annual report for the year 2023-2024.
A significant number of shareholders including directors, independent directors and company secretary of Daffodil Computers Ltd participated directly and online in the meeting.
The shareholders approved the financial year 2023-2024 accounts with 5 per cent cash dividend and proposed applying to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission for issuing shares in lieu of debt at an average rate or a minimum of Tk聽40.
The meeting allowed conversion of Daffodil Computers Ltd into Daffodil Computers PLC. The AGM was concluded by expressing hope for doing better business in the coming financial year.
