Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited declared 40 per cent cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024, said a press release.
The company announced this during its 48th annual general meeting held virtually on Sunday. The meeting was presided over by managing director Iqbal Ahmed.
Directors OK Chowdhury, AB Siddiqur Rahman, Quamrun Naher Ahmed, independent directors Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed, Md Ibraheem Hosein Khan, chief operating officer SM Rabbur Reza, chief financial officer Mohammad Ali Nawaz and executive director and company secretary Mohammad Asad Ullah attended the meeting.
In the meeting, shareholders approved directors鈥� report, audited financial statements for the year ended on June 30, 2024 and appointment of directors and appointment of auditors for the year 2024-25.
