Shepherd Industries PLC held its 23rd annual general meeting in a hybrid manner on Monday, said a press release. Chairman Chung Wen Kuei presided over the meeting.
Among others, managing director Kao Wen Fu, nominee directors Kao Chen Tsai, Yang Ming Te, independent director Md Delwar Hossain, executive director and CFO Md Ataur Rahman, deputy managing director Md Abdul Mannan, internal audit head Md Golam Mainuddin and company secretary Mohammad Maruf Bin Wali joined in meeting.
In the AGM, shareholders approved audited financial statements for the year ended on June 30, 2024, Directors鈥� report and the auditor鈥檚 report thereon and also approved 1 per cent cash dividend for the general public shareholders other than sponsors and directors.
