Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited has launched a new model of dual-band Wi-Fi router on the market on Wednesday.
Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission chairman retired Major General Md Emdad ul Bari inaugurated the new model of Walton router while visiting the Walton headquarters at Chandra of Gazipur.
BTRC commissioner retired Brig General Iqbal Ahmed and Mahmud Hossain, director general of BTRC retired Brig General Mohammad Moniruzzaman Jewel and retired Brig General Md Aminul Haque, Walton Digi-Tech Industries chairman SM Rezaul Alam, managing director SM Monjurul Alam Ovee, additional managing director Liakat Ali and computer products chief business officer Touhidur Rahman Rad were present at that time.
Earlier in the day, a 10-member delegation from BTRC, led by its chairman paid a courtesy visit to Walton The delegation enjoyed a corporate documentary on Walton and also visited the product display center and the production units of refrigerators, SMT (Surface Mounting Technology), PCB and laptop projects, mobile phones and mold and die.
