A mobile court in Satkhira realised Tk 7.5 lakh as fine from the owners of three brick kilns for manufacturing bricks without approval of the department of environment and various other irregularities in Sadar upazila.
The mobile court, led by executive magistrate Pronoy Biswas, conducted a drive at MM Bricks, Soudia Bricks and Nit Bricks in different areas of the upazila and realised the fines. Assistant director of the DoE, Satkhira Sardar, Shariful Islam and law enforcement agencies members were present.
