Additional secretary of the power, energy and mineral resources ministry M Rezanur Rahman joined as the chairman of Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation – Petrobangla on Thursday, said an official release on Sunday.
Rezanur Rahman, an officer of 17th batch of the Bangladesh Civil Service (administration) cadre, served in various capacities at the field level, local government, ministry of health, energy regulatory commission and anti-corruption commission.
Rezanur is graduated from mechanical engineering department at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and a professional master’s degree holder from ITC Netherlands.
