Community Bank Bangladesh PLC on Tuesday held its 60th board meeting at the Police headquarters in the capital Dhaka, said a press release.
Community Bank chairman and inspector general of police Baharul Alam presides over meeting.
During the meeting, important decisions were taken on investment proposals and different agenda on policy matter of the bank.
AKM Shahidur Rahman, director general of Rapid Action Battalion, Masud Khan, independent director of the bank, Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, managing director (current charge) of the bank, and Saiful Alam, company secretary of the bank, Community Bank, among others, were present in the meeting.
