A trust deed signing ceremony of ‘AMS Global First Regular Income Fund’ was held at ICB head office in the capital Dhaka on Thursday, said a press release.
The deed signing took place between Investment Corporation of Bangladesh as trustee and AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited as sponsor of the fund.
Under this agreement, ICB will act as trustee of the fund. The initial size of the fund is Tk 25 crore and face value is Tk 10 per unit.
Investment Corporation of Bangladesh managing director Md Abul Hossain and AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited chief executive officer Muhammad Asmoth Ali Dori signed the agreement.
Senior officials of both the organisations were also present.
