A discussion titled ‘Role of Popular Life in employment, poverty alleviation and economic development of the country’ was held at the International Mother Language Institute Auditorium at Segunbagicha in Dhaka.
The chief guest at the event was Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, a member of the National Standing Committee of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and the visionary of Popular Life Insurance.
The event was chaired by the company’s chairman Mohammad Zahirul Islam Chowdhury and the company’s managing director and CEO and president of Bangladesh Insurance Forum BM Yusuf Ali were the main discussant.
The event was also attended by the company’s venture director and former chairman Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury, the company’s venture director and former chairman Md Motahar Hossain, and venture director Shahzada Mahmud Chowdhury.
The company’s additional managing director BM Shawkat Ali presented the vote of thanks. Senior officials of the company were also present at the event.
