The two-day Managers’ Conference-2025 of the Dutch-Bangla Bank to review the bank’s overall performance for the year 2024 and discuss the business plan and strategy for achieving targets for the year 2025 concluded in Dhaka on Sunday.

Deputy managing directors, divisional heads, custer heads, branch managers from 242 branches, and senior executives of head office of the bank attended the conference, which was presided over by Abul Kashem Md Shirin, managing director and chief executive officer of the bank, said a press release.


Abul Kashem Md Shirin critically analysed the strategies for achieving business target in 2024, congratulating the branch managers and their team for achieving their respective targets in 2024.

He also expected that the managers, who were unable to achieve the respective targets in 2024, will make all out efforts to achieve the targets set for the year 2025.

He emphasised increasing the bank’s business by leveraging the largest online banking platform- fast tracks, CRM, ATM, Rocket, agent banking networks, POS terminals, QR code and NexusPay during the year 2025.

He also directed the branch managers to improve the standard of customer service.

Managers also expressed their opportunities, prospects and commitment to achieving the budgetary targets for the year 2025, added the press release.
