Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC has recorded Tk 304.47 crore net profit during the first half or July-December period of 2024 of the 2024-25 financial year, said a press release.
It was disclosed in the second quarter unaudited financial statements of the company for the period ended December 31, 2024.聽聽
The report was published after being reviewed and approved by the company鈥檚 board of directors in its 43rd meeting held on Monday.
In the reporting period, Walton鈥檚 net profit margin fell to 11.96 per cent of sales from 14.37 per cent in the previous period. Its net profit after tax in the first half of FY25 stood at Tk 304.47 crore and earnings per share at Tk 10.05 whereas net profit after tax and EPS was Tk 340.35 crore and Tk 11.24 respectively in the previous year鈥檚 corresponding period.
