The Chittagong Port Authority on Tuesday launched terminal operating system to reduce overall cost of handling goods and containers of ships arriving and departing from the port and manage operations in automated manner.
The CPA chairman Rear Admiral SM Moniruzzaman inaugurated the online gate pass system at gate no 4 of the port, said a press release.
Earlier, the port authority made Delivery Order or e-DO for unloading goods online.
