Meghna Bank has officially become sponsor of premier division women鈥檚 cricket team of Gulshan Youth Club for the 2024-25 season, said a press release.
The sponsorship cheque was presented to Gulshan Youth Club management by Meghna Bank鈥檚 top officials on Monday.
Among others, Meghna Bank director Jahangir Alam Manik, managing director and chief executive officer Kazi Ahsan Khalil, deputy managing director Kimiwa Saddat, Gulshan Youth Club president Humayun Kabir, secretary general Wahiduzzaman (Tamal), vice-president Mehadi Hasan and former Bangladesh cricket team captain Mohammad Ashraful were present.
This sponsorship underscores the bank鈥檚 ongoing commitment to promoting the growth and development of women鈥檚 cricket in Bangladesh, the release said.
