The two-day ‘Annual Managers’ Conference 2025’ participated by all 508 branch managers, regional managers and senior executives of head office of Pubali Bank was held at hotel Long Beach at Cox’s Bazar recently.
Monzurur Rahman, chairman of the board of directors of the bank, graced the conference as chief guest while managing director and CEO Mohammad Ali presided over the conference.
In his speech Monzurur Rahman emphasised expanding foreign remittance business through better customer and modern banking service.
Directors Moniruddin Ahmed, Habibur Rahman, M Kabiruzzaman Yaqub, Azizur Rahman, Md Abdur Razzak Mondal, Mustafa Ahmed and Arif Ahmed Choudhury; independent director Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury were present as special guests.
Deputy managing directors Mohammad Esha, Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, Ahmed Enayet Manzur, Md Shahnewaz Khan, Mohammad Anisuzzaman and Sultana Sarifun Nahar and senior executives were also present.
The chief guest rewarded 51 best managers for their outstanding performance for the year 2024.
Managing director Mohammad Ali focused on the past tradition, history and culture of the bank and said that the country’s largest private commercial bank has been providing modern banking services in keeping with the era through skilled workforce, highest quality online banking system and management.
