R Sarangapani has joined Bangladesh-India Friendship Power Company (Pvt) Limited as managing director on Sunday, said a press release.
Prior to joining in this position, he was serving as executive director (business development 鈥� domestic and international and consultancy) in NTPC Limited.
He has a BE (electronics 鈥� control and instrumentation) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala and MTech in computer science. He is also an alumnus of IIM, Lucknow.
