The Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority organised an iftar party at the WASA Bhaban of Karwan Bazar in Dhaka on Wednesday.
Convener of Dhaka WASA Performance Support Committee AKM Tariqul Islam was present as chief guest while its managing director Md Fazlur Rahman was present as chief discussant in a brief discussion prior to the iftar programme, said a press release on Thursday.
The programme was presided over by Azizul Alam Khan, president of Dhaka WASA Jatiyatabadi Employees Union.
Monir Hossain Patwari, general secretary of Dhaka WASA Jatiyatabadi Employees Union, among others, spoke at the programme.
