World University of Bangladesh’s two students have been selected to participate in the ‘Not-A-Boring Competition’ organised by Elon Musk’s The Boring Company in Bastrop, Texas in the United States.
The students are Md Fahim Bin Munir and Md Apu Bhuiyan from mechanical engineering programme of the department of mechatronics engineering, said a press release on Friday.
The ‘Not-A-Boring Competition’ is a global event that challenges students to design and build cutting-edge tunnel boring technology, pushing the boundaries of innovation and engineering.
Their selection is a testament to the world-class education and engineering expertise provided by the WUB and reflects the bright future ahead for both Fahim Bin Munir and Apu Bhuiyan, added the press release.
