The police have recovered the body of a businessman from in front of the Pabna Science and Technology University in Pabna.
The police went to the spot and recovered the body at around 7.30pm on Sunday after they were informed by people of the area.
The deceased, Milon Hossain, 40, a resident of Salgaria Meril Bypass area in Pabna municipality, was owner of Seba Electrics.
He left his house to have iftar in the Mujahid Club area in the town, said officer-in-charge of Pabna police station Abdus Salam, adding that the deceased鈥檚 family alleged that Milon was killed in a planned manner.
The OC also said that the cause of Milon鈥檚 death had not yet been confirmed. 鈥榃e have launched an investigation into the incident.鈥�
The body has been sent to the Pabna General Hospital morgue for an autopsy, he added.
