The Dhaka Metropolitan Police has imposed a restriction on public movement within 200 yards of all Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examination centres, effective from tomorrow.

This order will remain in force on the days of the examination until the examination is held on April 10, aiming to ensure a peaceful and orderly environment during the examinations.

‘As it is necessary to ensure that the examinations are held in a fair and peaceful manner at the examination centres, I, hereby declare that the entry of the public, except for the examinees and persons concerned with the examination, within 200 yards of the examination centres is completely prohibited,’ said a statement signed by DMP Commissioner SM Sazzat Ali.

The SSC and SSC (Vocational), Dakhil and Dakhil (Vocational) examinations will be held at various examination centres in Dhaka Metropolitan City starting tomorrow.
