
The office of external affairs at North South University on Wednesday hosted an engaging session titled ‘Understanding our economic world: business, society, and your life at York University’ in collaboration with York University, Canada.
The event, held in the SBE Conference Room at NSU, was designed to foster global collaboration and enrich students’ learning experiences through interdisciplinary research, said a press release.
John Justin McMurtry, professor and dean of the school of liberal arts and professional studies at York University, led the session.
The interactive session brought together students and guests, creating a vibrant platform for intellectual exchange.
Before the session, McMurtry, accompanied by Shuchita F Husain, regional recruitment manager – South and Southeast Asia, engaged in a meeting with NSU’s pro-vice-chancellor (in-charge), deans, and key academic and administrative heads.
