The Ministry of Public Administration in a notification on Thursday issued warning regarding fraudulent activities involving fake government orders related to recruitment, posting and transfers of public servants.
Some individuals have recently been trying to replicate official orders of the ministry by copying authentic documents, forging signatures of officials and inserting false reference numbers in an attempt to carry out scams, read the notification.
It also said that all legitimate orders related to recruitment, posting or transfers were officially published on the website of public administration ministry and through the government employee management system.
鈥業f there is any need to verify a government order related to recruitment, posting or transfer, concerned individuals are requested to check the ministry鈥檚 official website,鈥� the notification mentioned.
The ministry also urged all concerned to remain cautious and vigilant against such fraudulent activities.
