IDLC Finance PLC ended 2024 with standalone net profit after tax of Tk 1,673 million, which showed 53 per cent growth compared with that of the previous year, said a press release.
The company鈥檚 board of directors approved the financial statements for the year 2024 during its 351st meeting held on Thursday.
In the meeting, the board proposed a total year-end dividend of 20 per cent for IDLC shareholders, comprising a 15-per cent cash dividend and a 5-per cent stock dividend.
