Exim Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh.
Managing director (current Charge) M Akhter Hossain and Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh president Sayed Golam Sarwer signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at a ceremony at HAAB office in Dhaka recently.
Under the MoU, all Hajj and Umrah pilgrims may deposit their Hajj and Umrah registration fees through 155 branches and 73 sub-branches of EXIM Bank nationwide in a very easy and convenient manner.
Senior vice-president and Head of Shari鈥檃h secretariat Mohammad Zulkernine, secretary general of HAAB Farid Ahmed Mazumder and senior executives of both the organisations were also present in the programme.
